Life is never easy.
I make wrong decisions.
I apologise to those who it affects after the decision making, but I can assure you, I never wanted it to.
That’s the last thing I could want.
Now I know my mistakes and how it continues through others, so I will try my hardest to not make them again.
Or at least try for the correct one.
This is how I learn in myself and in life.
I wish I could take back the wrong decisions. I can’t. If I knew what and how it would turn out, I would stop myself. Unfortunately no one knows, unless they make these decisions. I just wish you can understand and not punish me for these wrong decisions I have made and give me another chance?
Somehow, writing how you feel exactly (and no hiding or covering) can help you greatly.
Express your feelings on paper and your mind begins to pause.
Pause about thoughts and worries you were feeling before.
Now on paper, your mind that was doing overtime….. all of a sudden stops and everything starts to make more sense.
An understanding which comes with release of stress and tension from simply expressing those feelings on paper.
